Hi. I am a newbie with La Cuisine and I am so impressed with them. The food is delicious and the servings are very generous. I am always so surprised how many options there are, and in my opinion the quality is of of a very good restaurant. The ability to chose healthy entrees and sides and even snacks allows you to plan a whole week around this service and not have to cook without feeling guilty or eating empty calories. I am always excited to see the new menu. Last but not least, the service is wonderful. I have been dealing with Jesse and she has helped me plan out my week and figure out what on the menu my family will love, and it has been a home run. She is wonderful to deal with and truly such a generous spirit. They even do private parties and catering and we are going to get a quote for a family bday party. This service is incredible and if you are looking for really good, nutritious food that is homemade and delivered right to your door for the week, this is the place. It is truly excellent. We've been using La Cuisine for awhile now for our family's weekday dinners, which they deliver to us in Lake Forest. The food quality, reliability, and service are outstanding. They go above and beyond, especially in adjusting to our changing dietary restrictions, which we really appreciate. As a vegan, it can be extremely difficult to maintain, especially "on the go"  .   La Cuisines meal service has made it extremely easy for me to maintain my vegan diet without resorting to frozen meals.  The vegan recipes they offer are very unique and so flavorful and I am loving the wide variety of options I have.   Definitely a nice treat to have a wide  variety of vegan options since that is so hard to find!  Ten out of ten would recommend !

I am so thankful for a local business that creates personalized dishes delivered right to my door. Scrumptious! The Ash Reshteh was delicious and the orechiette pasta held up well to reheating (not always the case with pasta). Serving sizes were also quite generous. Would recommend!

I was lucky enough to received the Ash Reshteh soup and was so pleased with getting to try this new dish. The directions were easy, when I went to give it a gentle stir while heating it in the microwave, I was genuinely excited at how much the aroma opened up with just a little bit of heat. I toasted up the ends of a boule I had to accompany and it made an incredible dinner. The photos don't really do it justice, but I didn't want to wait any longer before getting down to business.

Couldn’t ask for more. Food was delicious. Customer service was outstanding. I ordered extra food for a gathering I was having and they made sure everyone was happy. They went out of their way to make the entire experience personalized. My friends got exactly what they liked and wanted. I have a very strict and specialized diet and they made sure I got my food exactly how I requested. I can’t tell you how hard it is to find food prep companies that actually listen and follow through with your requests. Highly recommend!

As someone who travels regularly for work I as either a. wasting groceries or b. settling for “unhealthy” options from Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. La Cuisine’s variety of healthy options are delivered right to my door and the friendly staff is so accommodating to my hectic schedule. The food is amazing, the service feels like having a Conceirge, and most importantly I can tell I’m eating quality ingredients. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Because of my dietary restrictions, I don’t dine out often and I’m not a very good cook myself, so it was such a TREAT to have someone cook a meal for me. La Cuisine sourced gluten free pasta so I could enjoy the meal as it was traditionally intended, (I received a beautiful Persian soup) and it was hand delivered and neatly packaged. All I had to do was heat it up. And let me tell you, it is DELICIOUS. I know there are other meal delivery services out there, but what has set this experience apart and elevates La Cuisine is that personal touch. From the conversation with Chef Minah about my restrictive diet, to the story about her father cooking the recipe for her growing up, I could clearly tell that they put a lot of thought and care into both their food and their service. I am so glad to know this service exists. Thank you La Cuisine!

Each meal is spot on with what I like, thanks to their personalized meal plans. The meals are prepped according to my diet and delivered to my schedule. I tried La Cuisine's ‘Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Sauce’ and it was deliriously delicious. The steak medallions were incredibly tender. The hanger steak was on point, a total showstopper—cooked perfectly and served up with these unreal smoked potato, crispy onions, and chimichurri combo. My mouth is watering as I typed this review. Meal delivery with a personal chef service feel! Work has been very busy so I was grateful to not have to cook on my day off. I ordered the steak w/ Chimmichuri - packed with flavor. Reheated in 30 second increments for a total of 2 minutes which resulted in the steak perfectly tender and still medium rare! Would recommend to anyone looking for meal prep in Chicago. So many meal services have a “lunch” feel, this steak dish was 100% something you would get in a restaurant for dinner. Thanks team! Will order again soon!
