Working the night shift has been really difficult to maintain a healthy diet. I often resort to fast food or frozen meals.  After a few weeks of using La Cuisine personal chef service,  I have noticed  a significant change in my energy levels, focus, and waist line. The dishes are delicious and they make consuming more vegetables easy. The service is also conveniently delivered to my home and they are so accommodating to my own personal work schedule. I am so happy I found them to help me get my health back on track.

Couldn’t ask for more. Food was delicious. Customer service was outstanding. I ordered extra food for a gathering I was having and they made sure everyone was happy. Been looking for a local meal prep service in my area. Since my trainer gave me a personalized meal plan dieting has been tough. I was shocked to actually find a chef cooked premium meal delivery service. This meal delivery service was made my diet much easier to maintain.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Because of my dietary restrictions, I don’t dine out often and I’m not a very good cook myself, so it was such a TREAT to have someone cook a meal for me. La Cuisine sourced gluten free pasta so I could enjoy the meal as it was traditionally intended, (I received a beautiful Persian soup) and it was hand delivered and neatly packaged. All I had to do was heat it up. And let me tell you, it is DELICIOUS. I know there are other meal delivery services out there, but what has set this experience apart and elevates La Cuisine is that personal touch. From the conversation with Chef Minah about my restrictive diet, to the story about her father cooking the recipe for her growing up, I could clearly tell that they put a lot of thought and care into both their food and their service. My husband orders from La Cuisine couple of times a week and we always love their South Asian and Persian dishes. I don’t like my food to be too spicy but my husband likes it little spicy and That’s the way they prepare the dishes for us. ❤️🌹

I have been ordering weekly fresh meals from this place and sometimes I have asked them to make custom meals for me with the ingredient that I like. Every time I have been pleasantly surprised. We have also ordered from them a large order for our staff meetings at work and everyone loved the food. Their food is constantly good tasting and healthy.

Just started with La Cuisine's weekly meal delivery and what a game changer. The dishes show up right at my door which is a big win after busy work days. Each meal is spot on with what I like, thanks to their personalized meal plans. The meals are prepped according to my diet and delivered to my schedule. This month I'm focused on a low carb, high-fiber diet, this Persian soup isn't something I would typically order but goodness, one of my favorites this week! Highly recommend for anyone in Chicago look for quality, fresh eats right at home!

Unlike other meal prep services, these meals give you a gourmet experience while at the office or at home. It heats up quickly. The flavor was superb. The only concern I have is putting in the break room fridge… someone’s going to snag it!

I tried La Cuisine's ‘Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Sauce’ and it was deliriously delicious. The steak medallions were incredibly tender. The rich, beefy taste combined with their tangy, herbaceous chimichurri sauce took this entrée to the next level. The fact that it was so easy to reheat just added to the appeal. I’m ready to try more of their magic!

Meal delivery with a personal chef service feel! Work has been very busy so I was grateful to not have to cook on my day off. I ordered the steak w/ Chimmichuri - packed with flavor. Reheated in 30 second increments for a total of 2 minutes which resulted in the steak perfectly tender and still medium rare! Would recommend to anyone looking for meal prep in Chicago. So many meal services have a “lunch” feel, this steak dish was 100% something you would get in a restaurant for dinner. Thanks team! Will order again soon!

Chef Stephanie and her team are so fantastic and quite a delight and joy work with. Her food is of the highest quality, and I always looked forward to her meals and snacks, and felt so relieved to be able to trust that I would be able to have a meal that I knew would meet and supports my needs and preferences. I also really appreciated her willingness to collaborate and work with me, given my food allergies/intolerances, as well as varying schedule— she never made it seem like a barrier, was nonjudgmental, warm, and compassionate, and she was readily available with creative and delicious suggestions. I highly, highly recommend La Cuisine for an all around enjoyable experience and partnership. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

My husband and I are putting an emphasis on eating healthier, but that can be difficult when you don't know many recipes! We've tried food delivery services before like Blue Apron (delicious and fun but not always the healthful choice) and Trifecta ("healthy" but honestly not tasty or enjoyable). After looking back on credit card statements to see how much we'd been spending, we decided to try meal deliveries from an actual chef. We are so happy we found La Cuisine and Chef Stephanie. We requested a pretty strict (for us) ingredient list. No sugar or sugar substitutes, limited dairy, no gluten, and organic/wild caught ingredients. Chef Stephanie was clear about the addition costs in going organic and wild caught which I very much appreciated. We've been getting meals for 3 weeks now and are awaiting our 4th delivery. Each week we're emailed a menu that we can either give the okay or or provide feedback on. Then it's delivered to our home within a time window on the same day each week. The delivery comes with heating instructions and food descriptions. Not only is the food generous in portions and very easy to put together to eat, but we are loving the time we're saving and the confidence that we're eating food that is good for our bodies. Best of all the meals are honestly, genuinely delicious and creative. Finally, I've been wearing a CGM for the past week and foreseeable future, and La Cusine's food has been keeping my blood glucose levels steady which is very important to me and the basis for our ingredient requests. If you're looking for a responsive and talented chef to save you time and provide delicious food to your and/or your family, look no further than La Cuisine!

We hired La Cuisine to provide meals for my wife and I for the last two months of our pregnancy through the first six months of our son being born. We cannot rate them highly enough. The food quality is excellent, and the delivery service was always prompt and on-time. More importantly, though, they made us immediately feel like part of the family. If we find ourselves in the position where we need help preparing food, we won't hesitate to reach back out to them.

Stephanie and team are absolutely incredible. We used their services in the last trimester of my pregnancy and the first five months postpartum and they were a LIFESAVER. Not having to constantly worry about cooking and meal planning during the most hectic months of our lives made such an enormous impact. The food is great and the staff is so caring and easy to work with. Honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I am so grateful to Stephanie and La Cuisine! The food is delicious, healthy, and makes weeknight dinner time a breeze. We plan our menu for the week with Stephanie over the weekend and then on Tuesday we get a delivery of five dinners and three sides. The food comes prepared with simple instructions on how to cook or reheat the food. We are even able to cut up parts of our dinner into small pieces for our 10 month old who loves Stephanie's chicken, pork, and sweet potatoes. This is a wonderful service!
