Stephanie Jensen has had a long love affair with all things edible. After a decade working as a marketing and public relations executive, she became a personal chef to pursue her life-long passion for food and cooking. As an American and French citizen, Stephanie brings her love of both cultures to her cuisine and her clients.
Stephanie has lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. She is a graduate of the Academie de Cuisine Culinary School in Maryland and the United States Personal Chef Institute. A Premier Member and Certified Personal Chef of the United States Personal Chef Association, she is also Serve Safe Certified by the National Restaurant Association. Stephanie also works on recipe development for Zavor America, designing recipes for their extensive line of pressure cookers. She has been a restaurant critic in addition to owning and operating her own catering business. In her spare time, she sits on the board of directors and is principal flutist for the Windy City Winds. Stephanie takes great pride in her customer service and the close relationships she has with her clients.
